a lower body conditioning and toning class all levels and experience welcome.
This is a 30 Minute Class
Tuesday @ 9.45

youth strength and conditioning YSTRENGTH

an introduction to strength and conditioning for young athletes age 12/16 for more info request ba info pack ( minimum 5 people )
Tuesday @ 6pm  for 1 hour

TRX beginner class:

technique of how to use the TRX and implement it into your training program

Tueday @ 8am for 30 mins

 

TRX and kettlebell:  trx kettlebell

a combination of trx and kettlebells to help strengthen and condition the body its a total body workout lose fat and become a stronger you

Wednesday @ 6pm for 45 minutes

kettlebell beginners class: kettlebell beginners

technique of how to use the kettlebell and implement it into your training program

Thursday @ 8 am for 30 mins

 

 

All classes need to booked into and there a minimum number of people required before the classes can go ahead
