Intermediate weight lifting class This is suitable for those who have done LifeFit PT, a beginner LifeFit resistance training class or are familiar with squat, deadlifts and rows. I have a few places available on this. Time: Wednesday Mixed class 2. Beginner’s Weightlifting class This is suitable for those interested in learning how to train using the above lifts. It’s an excellent way to build strength, get lean and drop % body fat. Time : Saturday 12.30 Mixed class 3. Men’s Metcon Class Time friday 6pm (subject to minimum 6 participants) Please let me know interest as soon as possible so I can proceed or not with these classes.
